occupy

7 baby i'm pretty vacant
6 maybe you'll occupy
7 the part of me that hungers
6 for one to tranquilize

7and when you're feeling empty
6 and life is one flat line
7 maybe we could be happy
6 we could be satisfied

3 i won't tell
8 cause they'd send me to a farm
these eggshells
like the glass shards in my arm

3 tend to lie
8when the truth will do less damage
start to cry
if it can give me an advantage

i don't mind
when i see you walk away
i rewind
and play back our better days

there is always another who will play
i've accepted that no one wil ever stay

if i'm dark it doesn't mean you are the light
am i marked i crash and never get your invite

if i'm wrong it don't mean that you are rightous
from here on do not assume it is a crisis

how does it feel to care
about a thing
