medium high heat
for sauce
3 tbsb olive oil
5 cloves garlic (sm) chopp saute
throw in mushrooms, peas, bacon,
sautee until tender (mushrooms white to brown)
ad s&p & oregano and sausage
when sausage
throw in heavy cream just enough to cover almost eveyrhing (about a cup see top of everything)
cook down for 1 min.
add 1/2 cup parm cheese
cook to
about 1 1/2 2 mins
next page
Cook pasta
throw in desired pasta
Toss
Turn off heat
let rest for 3 min
Plate
Garnish parsley & paprika
with any italian meal
drizzle with olive oil
